We connect buyers with sellers of high-end vehicles and facilitate the purchase process. Our services include vehicle sourcing, financing assistance, inspection coordination, and delivery logistics.

3. Order Requests

Submitting an order request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase a vehicle. Order requests are inquiries that initiate the sourcing process. A binding purchase agreement is only formed when both parties sign a separate purchase contract and applicable deposits or payments have been made.

4. Pricing & Fees

All vehicle prices are subject to change without notice and are dependent on market conditions, availability, and specifications. MVP Motors charges a flat service fee of $5,000 which covers sourcing, coordination, and delivery services. This fee is separate from the purchase price of the vehicle and any applicable taxes, registration fees, or shipping costs.

5. Financing

MVP Motors may offer financing options through third-party lenders. Financing approval, terms, and rates are determined by the lending institutions and are subject to credit review. We do not guarantee financing approval and are not responsible for the terms offered by third-party lenders.

6. Vehicle Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, specifications, and photographs presented on our Site. However, we do not warrant that vehicle descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Vehicle availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site.
